Cimsa Cimento Sanayi de Ticaret is trying to solidify its place in the world market. It produces white, gray, and calcium aluminate cement, and ready-mix concrete for the construction industry. With annual sales of 3 million tons of clinker and cement and more than 1 million cubic meters of ready-mix concrete, Cimsa is one of Turkey's leading cement and ready-mix producers. Annually, almost 40% of its gray cement and clinker production and 70% of its white cement and clinker production are exported. Established in 1972, Cimsa sells its products in nearly 40 countries on four continents. Haci Omer Sabanci Holding controls about 40% of Cimsa.
